SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturer based in the East Rand is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administrator with 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a technical environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements

Matric
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Candidate must be available immediately
1 year sales experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
MS Office and CRM experience essential
Quoting customers via email and telephone
Assist customers who have enquiries either via telephone, email, website or walk in customers.
Providing customers with sufficient information regarding the products sells either via telephone, email or walk in customers. (Technical information)
Contacting customers via telephone and email to follow up on potential leads and outstanding quotes. (Closing deals)
Processing orders received from customers via telephone, email or walk in customers. (Work with operations manager)
Contacting customers to ensure after sales satisfaction
Upselling of additional products and services to customers
Managing, maintaining, and growing customer relations with new and existing customers
Managing, maintain and grow customer database on the company CRM system (Skynamo)
Managing online portfolio for Takealot
Assisting management with any additional requests and sales related matters
