SUMMARY:
A global client based in Port Elizabeth, Markman is seeking a Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing concern.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Knowledge and skills: 
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint), in particular Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to think on your feet.
  • Goal-driven.
  • Team-player.
  • Able to work and thrive under pressure.
  •  To go the extra mile.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, analyzing, and sending of emails.
  • Order taking via email/telephone, providing customer with an order reference number to confirm order placement.
  • Loading orders onto QuickBooks.
  • Providing cash before delivery customers with Estimates/Proforma Invoices.
  • Following up on payment for on-hold orders 3 times daily.
  • Ensuring client’s account is up to date and ensure terms and limits are not exceeded.
  • Placing overdue term-account orders on hold, manually.
  • Sales Reports.
  • Data capturing.
  • Attending to customer account and pre-delivery queries.
  • Target driven, assisting Logistics in filling trucks.
  • Customer courtesy calls.
