Internal Sales Consultant – Johannesburg

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for an Internal Sales Consultant based in Brakpan, Gauteng. You will be responsible for the internal sales, day-to-day support of the branch and attend to queries and complaints from the stores and customers.

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
Sound knowledge of adhesive industry or powder-ash based products will be an advantage.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.
Outstanding time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
A pro-active person, with the ability to drive goals and targets.
Be willing to work overtime when required
Honest and Reliable
Ability to work under pressure and maintain personal control.

Duties:

Manage relationships with key customers.
Grow the customer base outside of group stores.
Daily interaction with current customer base.
Perform market analysis and gather competitor information.
Compile weekly and monthly feedback reports.
Provide hands on training to group and independent sales personnel.
Provide technical support to retail stores, advise with product suitability and applications.
Drive to upsell products and improve sales basket.
Attend to customer complaints and perform root cause analysis on complaints / failures.
Provide detailed report on analysis complains and failures to factory quality team.
Maintain good relationships with internal processes.
Be presentable and professional at all times.
