POSITION INFO:

Our client located in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an enthusiastic, self starter to join their team as an Internal Sales Clerk. The individual must have experience in the industrial supplies sector and possess good customer service skills.

Duties:

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Provide clients with product information
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Follow up on quotations and orders to close sales.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key requirements:

Atleast 3 years industry experience
Good communication skills
Computer skills (Excel)
