Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric.
• Diploma or Certificate in Administration (preferred).
• Knowledge of office administration, work instructions, and Accpac/Business Central.
• Shipping knowledge (Export)
• Accuracy with figures

• Dedicated, organised, and a team player.
• Good communication skills with customers and other factory personnel.

• Receive customer orders and raise internal order confirmations on the system, ensuring copies are filed in the main pack, including costing sheets and RQFs.
• Allocate indent numbers or manufacturing orders to every new order.
• Complete checklists with relevant information, such as Indent Numbers or M.O., and verify accuracy.
• File "packs" pending final transfer from production when the order is complete, ensuring stock is invoiced the day before or after loading, considering consolidated loads for export orders.
• Provide invoices and delivery documents to the FGS Controller for dispatch arrangement.
• Archive completed packs in Indent Number order sequence and file appropriately.
• Assist with problem-solving and prepare reports for management.
• Load new product codes as required.
• Provide customer service for outstanding orders, queries, pricing, delivery, invoices, and order confirmations.
• Supervise and manage the Internal Sales Controllers.
• Complete relevant shipping documents.
• Perform all other administrative functions required by the department.
