SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Consultant to join their manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

Report to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Answering a telephone call professionally and efficiently;
Capturing of incoming orders from customers and Sales Reps.
Following up on all outstanding orders and queries.
Handling all customer and Sales Reps enquiries and requests via email, telephone and fax.
Following up on customer deliveries and quotes
Assisting customers and Sales Reps with stock availability, delivery status, pricing and all product related questions and queries.
Making sure orders are released for the inhouse Dash Board and placed in the correct trays for delivery or collection.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work accurately.
Must able to work Saturdays when required.
Must have basic math skills
Must be able to communicate information well

Qualifications and Skills

Matric essential
Knowledge of Pastel Evolution will be an added advantage
Related Industry knowledge a must.
Knowledge of Cut and Edge optimization programs an advantage
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Email and basic computer skills
Excellent basic math knowledge
Must be able to work Saturdays when required
Fully Bilingual â English & Afrikaans
