Internal Sales Consultant - Hardware/Building Industry

Our client based in Stellenbosch is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join their team who specialize in the Hardware and building industry. 

Your ability to speak English, Afrikaans and Matric certificate is essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric essential, relevant qualifications advantageous
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
• Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans. IsiXhosa (Advantageous)
• Ability to provide exceptional service, address client needs, and resolve issues
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, creating quotes, and closing deals
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track orders, and maintain accurate records

• Understand the company’s range of building products and services, including materials, construction methods, and design options.
• Be able to advise clients on how to tailor products or services to meet their specific needs.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing to potential and existing clients.
• Handle and process orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and estimates to clients based on their requirements.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and advance the sales process
