Job Purpose: Managing and supporting Internal sales, Sales reps and Merchandisers

• Provide exceptional customer service to our client base through the Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
• He/she will represent the company in a professional.
• Conducting sales account reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. With the use of the Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers, promotions and new products.
• Setup meetings with Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers to plan and execute ways to build relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct weekly and monthly KPI’s for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
• Working closely with other department Managers to improve quality, service and delivery to the clients.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
• Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
• Manage day to day work load and duties for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.Compile weekly and monthly reports for management
