POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
5 years' experience in a similar role
Matric / tertiary qualification

Responsibilities:
Customer relations:

Monitor order department inboxes for outstanding tasks and inquiries.
Log and address customer complaints, ensuring timely feedback.
Conduct courtesy calls to recently assisted clients to assess satisfaction.
Support Orders and Sales teams with quotes and client inquiries.

Sales:

Record all inbound sales inquiries from various channels.
Make and log outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales reps.
Assign prospects to the appropriate sales rep based on region.
Follow up with clients to confirm sales rep engagement and gather feedback.
Assist sales reps with proposals, customer forms, and credit applications.

Marketing:

Track and refine advertising reach with Jasper to align with sales focus.
Design and print labels.
Monitor sample distribution, ensuring product conversion to sales.
Conduct regular competitor price comparisons for market competitiveness.
