POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Automation/Engineering industry is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Pretoria East.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in internal/technical sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience or interest in automation, engineering, or industrial technology is a plus

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and build strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
