POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirement
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Finance.
- Strong and outgoing personality.
- Keen on following processes and protocalls and enforcing it thereoff.
- 1-2 years of Internal Sales and Finance.
- Excellent verbal in written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Willingness to learn.
Duties and responsibilities:Main Duties- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from receiving orders to coordinating product delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Stock Control: Conduct regular stocktakes, manage receipts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Debtors Management: Generate invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Online Order Processing (B2C): Handle online orders, EFTs, RMA processing, and waybill generation to ensure timely dispatch.
- Local Purchase Orders & Invoices: Manage local purchase orders and invoices with precision and attention to detail.
Additional Responsibilities:
- B2B Support: Handle orders and communication for B2B clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Customer & Team Communication: Manage email and phone correspondence with customers, marketing teams, sales reps, and clients.
- Administrative Support: Organise staff claims, document filing, and credit card slip recording.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated individual with a high school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in administration or finance are a plus).
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role—someone with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
