SUMMARY:
INTERNAL SALES/INVOICING CONTROLLER
Action incoming orders from customers in a manufacturing environment,
ensure they are captured on the system and fulfilled and despatched.
POSITION INFO:
Weekly reviewing of customer backorders vs outstanding PO reports.
Analyzing and actioning the ageing reports.
Generate commercial and tax invoices
SADAC and/or MSDS documents need to be prepared where necessary
Customer service with regards to but not limited to,
outstanding orders, queries, pricing delivery, invoices, order confirmations.
Monitoring of production of customers’ outstanding orders with the planning department
Ensuring that invoice targets are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 /Diploma or Higher Cert in Sales Management or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in sales department.
Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong shipping knowledge (Incoterms)
an advantage.
