Invoicing / Admin Clerk

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

Matric

Requirements

Experience in doing invoices accurately and in detail
Board and Timber industry (Advantage)
Garage doors/ motors industry (Advantage)
Must be Computer Literate (MS Office & Syspro)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Must be very accurate in working out pricing
Must be very accurate converting from m2 / m3 working out of pricing in m2 and m3

Duties

Answering incoming emails and phone calls
Process customer quotations
Process customer purchase orders, delivery notes and invoicing
Attend to customer queries and walk in's
Communicate with accounts department with regards to customer special requests for delivery
Communicate with buying department with regards to customer special order or pricing
Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times
Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted
Manage stock outs and filling of invoices, delivery notes etc.
Internal transfers of stock
Bundle tags print outs
