Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced finance team? Our client is looking for an Invoicing Clerk to handle invoicing and administrative tasks related to brokerage, transport, and intercompany expenses.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and process accurate invoices for brokerage services.
• Capture transporter goods receipt vouchers and sundry expenses.
• Oversee credit guarantee correspondence and payment packs.
• Handle intercompany invoicing and expense reconciliation.

What they are Looking For

• Qualifications: Matric (essential); a finance-related qualification is a bonus.
• Experience: 2+ years in invoicing or accounts payable (transport/logistics industry experience is a plus).
• Skills: Proficient in Excel and accounting software, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
