Our client is looking for a Invoicing Clerk to their dynamic team in the Transporting Industry based in Kempton Park.

Roles and Responsibilities
JOB SPEC-ACCOUNTS/INVOICING CLERK
Experience working in a Freight/Logistics environment an advantage
 
Job Summary
Knowledge in Accounts (Creditors & Debtors)
Must have strong invoicing knowledge
Understand invoicing rates
Creating accurate invoices for clients and resolving billing queries for services provided
Processing of Creditors invoices and reconciliations
Handling Petty Cash
Calculations and quotes
 
Skills and required competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Reconciliation skills
Understanding basic accounting math
Familiar with accounting software
Skills to work with various clients
General administrative skills Including managing emails
Computer literacy (MS Office / Outlook)

Qualifications
Matric
Tertiary qualification in accounting/bookkeeping (advantageous)
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
