Lovely 5 star 26 sleeper lodge in KZN

Job Description

Oversee a team of 3 Field Guides – mentor, train, manage.
Game drives.
Game Walks.
Hosting guests.
Lodge, reserve and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

FGASA Level 2 (NQF4)
First Aid
PDP & valid driver’s licence
DEAT
NDT registration
Lead Trails Guide
Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH)
Advanced 4×4 driving course qualification would be a bonus

Skills

Must be mature, confident, stable and an analytical thinker
Strong Technical skills
Highly presentable and well-spoken
Team leader & strong mentorship skills
Must have excellent guest relations skills and be confident when hosting
+/- 5 year’s experience in a Big 5 reserve
