POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (IT INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern based in Durban North area, KwaZulu-Natal.

!PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle).

English / Afrikaans speaking person.

Relevant qualifications an advantage (not essential).

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Person must have advanced skills in the MS Office suite.

Previous experience / interest in the IT industry is an advantage.

Strong general office administration skills.

Answering phone calls.

Meticulous paperwork skills.

Filing.

Excellent customer care skills (phone / walk-ins).
