JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER

SUMMARY:
Letsitele Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Grade 12
• Qualification in bookkeeping would be an advantage
• Minimum of three years proven clerical experience in bookkeeping.
• Excellent computer literacy, eg. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Pastel
• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in Afrikaans and English)
• Keeping accurate records and managing stock
• Working under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Must be a team player and collaborate with the finance team.

• Assist with stock control, processing and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate processing of debtors’ invoices and follow up of debtors’ accounts.
• Ensure accurate processing of creditors invoices and preparation of payments.
• Perform creditor reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliation thereof.
• Responsible for filing and general administrative duties.
• Loading of payments on online banking facility.
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Adhere to internal company policy and procedures and ensure good corporate governance.
