SUMMARY:
Somerset East Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Junior Cropping & Maintenance Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
  • Agricultural background essential
  • Following experience is essential:
    • Planting of maize and other crops
    • Fertilizing, mowing,
    • Management of maize growing and other crops
  • Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
  • Previous experience with GPS and Greenstar advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • Manage general maintenance of tractors and farm related implements
  • Mechanically orientated essential
  • Self-starter, deadline driven, reliable and committed
