SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior Fleet Controller to manage and coordinate a fleet of readymix trucks operating across different locations. This role requires someone who is firm, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and disciplined fleet control.

Strong attention to detail and time management
Solid communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced operations
Willingness to learn fleet management tools like Webfleet
