St Lucia / Monzi Area – KwaZulu-Natal: Our client is looking for a Junior Macadamia and Sugar Cane Farm Manager to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• At least 3 previous year’s farming experience
• Previous Macadamia farm experience essential
• Experience with sugar cane farming advantageous
• Computer literate
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
• Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Maintenance/Mechanically orientated
• Ability to speak Zulu essential
• Valid driver’s license
