SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Junior RMC Manager with leadership potential and management experience to oversee operations at our ready-mix concrete facility. This is a hands-on role managing a team of 50 staff members, with a clear path to grow into a Senior Manager position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
Knowledge of ready-mix concrete operations is highly advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A drive to grow into a senior leadership position
