JUNIOR TAX ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a JUNIOR TAX ASSISTANT for a growing, well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 driver’s license.

Currently studying towards a tax qualification.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Working knowledge of SARS e-filing, Taxware and E@syfile.

Checking on daily SARS correspondence.

Capturing tax information onto Taxware and E@syfile.

Following up with SARS and clients.

Emailing correspondence to SARS and clients.

Collating documents for SARS registrations.

Setting up and attending SARS appointments.

Completing SARS forms and declarations.

Dealing with queries from clients and SARS.
