JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric with relevant diploma and one years experience
  • Must be good in organising of daily tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking
  • Must be able to prioritise
  • Must be able to delegate work
 
DUTIES
  • Processing and reconciliation of monthly accounts - cashbook, debtors, creditors etc.
  • Processing and reconciliation of monthly payrolls
  • Make payroll related payments (including statutory payments) by agreed dates
  • Provide clients with relevant monthly reports
  • Correspond with clients, request and collate all relevant documentation from clients
  • Telephone support function to clients e.g. processing of Pastel/ salaries
  • Support and consult with clients – handle difficult customer queries and complaints
 
Salary: R15000, negotiable   dependent on experience
