JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, based in Deal Party (Port Elizabeth), is looking for a Junior Admin Clerk in their vehicle invoicing department.

Please note that this is a Temp to Perm role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to liaise and interact with customers and suppliers
  • Highly accurate and detail orientated
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Pinnacle an advantage
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Problem solving abilities essential
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Reliable and enthusiastic with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Team player
  • Experience with post office – licensing, registrations etc. an advantage
