SUMMARY:
Do you have experience dealing with quotations, phoning to source the best price for your client requirements?

We require your bubbly personality, excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in your administration to add value to our clients team based in Maitland.

The position involves your ability to multi-task very well, accuracy with figures and ability to work successfully in a deadline driven environment.  Must be able to communicate well in English and Afrikaans.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous, must have good financial acumen, accuracy with calculations
  • Experience with buying, extensive client liaison
  • Working on projects and ensuring all deadlines are met timeously
  • Ability to be an excellent team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans to build customer relationships
  • Self-managed, able to work independently and take full ownership of of the job on hand and sticking to deadlines
  • Able to work overtime when required 
  • Working on an accounting system like quickbooks, a CRM system or sales system advantageous
 
DUTIES 
  • Daily liaison with clients
  • Manage the buying requirements for clients needs as requested
  • Comparing quotations to get the best value for the clients and ensuring all costing is correct
  • Building relationships with customers to learn and full understand their requirements
  • Managing of purchases through the sales chain process to invoicing 
  • Preparation of accurate quotations which includes build up and take off costings
  • Managing the accounts 
  • Invoicing 
  • Working as part of a team adding value to team members and ensuring the tight deadlines are achieved
  • Manage full process from beginning to the end.
 Salary: R15 - R20k dependent on experience
