Are you an immediately available qualified Quantity Surveyor with 5 years post graduate experience with onsite measurement?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, BTech Quantity Surveying qualification
  • 5 years Post graduate experience with onsite measurement
  • Must be ambitious and enthusiastic
  • A Non-smoker with no criminal record
  • Must have own car and driver’s license required
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office
  • WinQS
  • Estimating
 
 
DUTIES
  • On-site measurement
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Valuations
  • Manage the Filing System
  • QS Administration duties
Working Hours:
  • When no overtime is required: 8 hours a day, 5 days per week
  • When overtime is required: 12 hours a day, 7 days per week when required for a minimum of 38 days and not more than 100 days consecutive.
 
Salary: R  dependent on experience
