POSITION INFO:

Reconciliations
Bank
Credit cards
Petty Cash
Deposits
Control Accounts/ Loan Accounts
Debtors management
Execute debtors management policy
Aged debtors reporting
Payment arrangements within policy
Straight line income reconciliation
Suppliers – Processing and reconciliation
Accruals – Processing and reconciliation
Processing Journals
Processing Provisions
Submission and processing of monthly payment runs
Process and manage stock
Manage and maintain monthly audit file
Achieve financial timeline

Skills & Experience:
Completed SAIPA articles OR
Completed Degree with 4 + years accounting experience
Proficient in 2 or more languages
Exposure to Xero Accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Qualification:
Bcom or Similar Finance Qualification
Completed Articles highly beneficial
