An accounting firm based in Randburg is looking for a qualified Junior Accountant to join their team.

Requirements:

Bcom Accounting
2-3 years experience in similar role from an accounting firm
Sage Accounting and Payroll
Microsoft Office Suite
SARS E-Filling
Tax returns experience
Easyfile

Responsibilities:

Responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities, inlcuding preparation of financial statement and taxation requirements
Deliver associated quality, professional outcomes
Knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping and admin procedures
Assist in the preparation of financial statements of Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies and Close Coorporations
Preparation of Income Tax Returns for Individuals (with and without Rental Properties, Investments, Sole Proprietorships, Itemized Deductions, etc, Close Corporations, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Trusts
e-Filling processing of all tax returns and administration
Assisting with the clients payroll when required
Assisting with the clients bookkeeping and monthly reporting
Processing accounting data
Assisting with the Workflow Scheduling
Setting up and collating tax returns jobs
Assisting with the SARS client correpondence and queries
Work with a team of Accountants
