SUMMARY:
Our client is on the hunt for a payroll administrator that is organised, deadline-driven, and has experience managing large payroll volumes in the FMCG sector. If this is you, get in touch with me straight away to discuss this wonderful opportunity!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job will include, but not limited to the following:
Preparing and processing monthly wages
Leave administration for employees
Preparing earnings, tax, and deduction reports on a regular basis
Issuing and preparing payments
Follow up on previous pay run discrepancies
Updating wage analysis
Maintaining existing filing system for all waged employees
Resolve payroll queries

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working with wages
Able to work with a high staff compliment
Strong excel skills
FMCG industry experience

Qualification:
Finance related qualification
Matric
