Job Purpose:
To provide essential administrative support to the finance and administration team, ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate bank reconciliations, proper documentation management, and assisting with company secretarial functions and project management tasks. This role suits a candidate who is interested in a career in accounting and business, and who has strong attention to detail and numerical skills.

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications:

Matric.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

Assist with client onboarding administration.
Assist with bank reconciliation on the Xero accounting program.
Assist with loan documentation including.
Assist with Company Secretarial functions, including.
Update project plans to help the team keep track of all the tasks
Assist the HR manager with administration.
