SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering industry based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Reception duties
Maintain and update registers
General office administration (petty cash, office supplies
Training administration and arrangements
International & Domestic travel arrangements
Event management
Maintenance of office equipment
Maintain and update HR registers (sick leave, time & attendance, induction, and orientation)
Policies and procedures of company

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
Grade 12 with Maths
Management of Company Travel Desk
HR experience would be a benefit
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Home internet access (preferably fibre)
