POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Junior Assistant Project Manager who is ready to dive into exciting projects and develop their skills in project coordination, utilities management, and reporting. Working closely with a Project Manager, you’ll be key to the smooth running of projects on the ground, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and accuracy in financial auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and monitoring projects, ensuring efficient utility auditing and billing reconciliation
• Collect and analyse municipal invoices and support the ranking of facilities based on utility payments
• Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and update Excel workbooks with key project data
• Collaborate with technical teams and support documentation tracking

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, with exposure to utility management or project management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Desirable: Qualification in business administration or project management
