A leading organisation is seeking a Junior Assistant Project Manager to support its dynamic team. This role, under the guidance of the Project Manager, involves assisting in the planning, management, and monitoring of projects, ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting municipal invoices from relevant authorities
• Ranking facilities according to client utility payment schedules
• Monitoring and reconciling municipal billing discrepancies
• Maintaining and updating Excel workbooks
• Communicating with municipalities and relevant stakeholders
• Assisting in technical documentation and purchase order tracking
• Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and supporting client meetings

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years'' experience in administration
• Working knowledge of utility management, auditing, or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable Qualifications:

• Business Administration qualification (preferred)
• Qualification in Project Management or Utility Auditing (advantageous)
• Analytical-related qualification (advantageous)
