Junior Bookings Consultants (Flexi Ops)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for seasonal junior ops/ bookings consultants to join our team in Cape Town!

POSITION INFO:

Location: Claremont, Cape Town

Job Type: Temporary / Flexi (As per operational needs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist with staff booking and administrative tasks within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a call centre or similar environment, with a strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with bookings and cancellations of staff, and perform general administrative duties. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under supervision.

Duties:

• Support the team in the scheduling and booking of staff.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Assist with handling booking cancellations and queries, working under the supervision of a manager or supervisor.
• Respond to and manage emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Provide excellent service to clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call centre or a similar environment or administrative sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for basic administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
