SUMMARY:
To start January 2025!

Our client is an established brand within Print Media Services. Your fundamental exposure within a junior bookkeeping/financial administration context will stand you in good stead.

POSITION INFO:
Role will include but is not limited to:

Cash book processing
Stock GRN’s
Inventory control
Daily invoicing
Costing for imports
Supplier invoices and month-end recons including payment preparation
Evidence of Importation to banks
Debtor's monthly statements
Credit card processing (month end)
Depreciation and fixed asset register maintenance
Credit checks and credit application processing
Arranging transport for local sales
Month-end reports
Follow up on debtor's outstanding payments
This is a group which is growing fast with increased annual local and international sales and so there is a nice opportunity to have increased responsibilities with each step in the group’s growth

Minimum Requirements
3 year National Diploma (or similar) or Degree in Accounting or similar
Strong MS Excel skills
Experience with accounting packages preferred
All rounder with the ability to multitask
Fundamental understanding and exposure to basic accounting principles
1-3 years experience in a junior bookkeeping, financial assistant or financial administrator role
Good communication skills in English
