You will work closely with both the business and development teams to collect, update, and formalize data processes, ensuring seamless operations and the implementation of effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across systems.

Process Development & Documentation

- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business processes and SOPs.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

- Partner with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Reporting & Analysis

- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data trends and process efficiencies.

- Analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

Project Support

- Assist in managing projects related to data process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience
