POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a qualified Junior CRM Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will focus on driving customer retention strategies, improving efficiencies, and reducing attrition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CRM & Direct Marketing Manager to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the customer direct marketing calendar and campaigns.
• Implement quality assurance across all CRM activities and campaigns.
• Create compelling SMS copy for marketing communications.
• Set up, monitor, and report on customer surveys.
• Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns to improve customer engagement.
• Ensure all CRM campaigns comply with best practices and legal regulations.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and work with stakeholders to design new campaigns.
• Track competitor activity and market trends for insights.
• Provide support for any ad hoc CRM-related tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Essential).
• Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ CRM experience.
• Experience in customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and content management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
