Position Overview: Are you an ambitious, talented young chef looking to build your career in a vibrant, high-energy kitchen? Join us as a Junior Chef de Partie, where you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced chefs and learning every day.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen and ensure timely, high-quality production.
Help in the creation of new dishes and seasonal menus alongside senior chefs.
Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are met.
Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and rotation of ingredients.
Support senior chefs in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
Formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
Passion for cooking and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication skills and a team-player mentality.
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
