POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen and ensure timely, high-quality production.
• Help in the creation of new dishes and seasonal menus alongside senior chefs.
• Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are met.
• Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and rotation of ingredients.
• Support senior chefs in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen.

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
• Formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
• Passion for cooking and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
