POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist merchandisers with daily tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all administrative duties are completed promptly.
Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between merchandisers and coordinators, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
- Track and follow up on deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Factory and Customer Liaison:
- Communicate with factories regarding order status, production schedules, and updates.
- Address customer inquiries and relay information effectively between stakeholders.
Organizational Duties:
- Manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and organize files to optimize efficiency.
- Provide proactive solutions to streamline processes and resolve potential issues.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of industry-related experience in a similar role, such as merchandising, coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High energy, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
