SUMMARY:
Administrator/Design AssistantÂ
A company in the Retail FMCG industry is currently recruiting for an Administrator/Design Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate must come with a minimum of 6-months relevant experience in a similar role. This position will be based in Crown Mines, Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric.
Essential: Diploma/Degree in Design/Visual Communications.
Essential: Driverâs license and own vehicle.
Essential: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft based programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist HR and Design Manager with any promotions and or events relating to graphics.
Keeping electronic documents filed correctly and updating electronic documents filed on the system.
Accurate redraw of supplied logos.
Recreate electronic versions of designs created by design department.
Responsible to design flyers.
Scanning of documentations.
Photo editing.
Design daily advertisements.
Managing online sites.
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
