Junior Mechanical Draughtsman/Woman: Piping Experience: Cape Town: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

• The role involves the tracing and draughting (as-building) of existing piped services on a FMCG production site.
• The role requires much time on site to record the location and complexity of the reticulation systems and using the recorded information to produce piping General Arrangement drawings and P&IDs.
• The candidate must be able to work alone and have sufficient experience to identify typical piping components.
• Good physical fitness is required to reach difficult to access areas on the site.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in piping systems and familiarity with AutoCAD software will be an advantage.
• It is expected the as-built work pack will be completed within three months
