POSITION INFO:

Kick-start your global finance career as a Junior Executive / Finance Assistant to support my client's international office and Business Management team in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs. Responsibilities:

• Process bank payments
• Maintain purchase and sales ledger for numerous clients
• Manage and raise sales invoices
• Maintain the general ledger, for sole traders and smaller Director-ran businesses
• Draft VAT returns for approval
• Maintain internal filing systems
• Ad hoc administration where required

Requirements:

• Degree
• Min of 2 or more years of experience in Financial assistant roles 
• Experience of UK VAT (preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
