POSITION INFO:

Kick-start your global finance career as a Junior Executive / Finance Assistant to support my client's international office and Business Management team in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs. If you are ready to work with top clients in sports, media, and entertainment while growing your experience in a dynamic, international environment. I want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Process bank payments
Maintain purchase and sales ledger for numerous clients
Manage and raise sales invoices
Maintain the general ledger, for sole traders and smaller Director-ran businesses
Draft VAT returns for approval
Maintain internal filing systems
Ad hoc administration where required

Requirements:

Degree
Min of 2 or more years of experience in Financial assistant roles
Experience of UK VAT (preferred)
Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
