Junior F&I (Maternity Cover) (To start April 2025)

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and efficient Junior Finance & Insurance (F&I) to ensure dealership compliance with FAIS, FIC, NCA, and other relevant legislation while maximising second gross profit through vehicle finance and value-added products.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative and contractual aspects for the organisation & financial institutions.
• Provide expert F&I services to customers, identifying their financial and insurance needs.
• Offer specialized finance and insurance products to achieve profitable sales.
• Ensure accurate finance and insurance application forms and transaction releases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with all F&I legislation and dealership policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance products and industry regulations.
• Oversee the completion of aftermarket invoicing and warranties.

• Grade 12 with RE5, NCA, and Class of Business qualifications.
• Financial degree or working towards one (preferred).
• Previous F&I experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of NCA, FAIS, and FIC legislation.
