POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity awaits a Junior Facilities Supervisor in Dubai! This permanent, long-term position is ideal for an independent, young professional eager to gain international work experience. Offering a 2-year residency permit (renewable), this role focuses on hands-on facility management duties. While the salary is market-related for both Dubai and South Africa, the real value lies in the career-enhancing experience of working in a dynamic international environment and receiving invaluable on-the-job mentorship and training.

Requirements:

Red Seal Trade Qualification – non-negotiable.
Valid driver’s license.
Clear medical and criminal background.
Best suited for a young professional seeking international experience, as only 1 return ticket to SA is covered by the company annually - all other trips will be for your own account after 6 months probation.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Knowledge of facility maintenance and management practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical expertise.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and handle responsibilities independently.
