Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a young and dynamic Assistant Farm Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in agriculture.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Agriculture or related field preferred

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1-2 years Farm experience preferred
Proficiency in Zulu is essential for effective communication.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of the macadamia farming operations.
Support the Farm Manager in overseeing planting, harvesting, and general maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all farming protocols and standards.
Liaise with farm workers and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and report on farm activities and progress.

Behavioural Competencies:

Eager to learn and develop skills in macadamia farming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
