SUMMARY:
An established company is looking for a Finance Administrator / Receptionist to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Job Specification
Our client is within the domestic and commercial pump industry
Support the organization's financial operations by maintaining accurate records
Position requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with various administrative and personnel tasks
Ensuring timely transaction processing, accurate expense tracking, and effective asset management
Maintain accurate records for creditors, debtors, bank transactions, and financial statements
Check and process timesheets and external customer expenses for invoicing
Provide administrative support
Able to do bookkeeping up to trial balance
Knowledge and understanding of Debtors and Creditors
Basic knowledge of stock orders, receiving and processing
Reception

Minimum Requirements
Afrikaans and English, but 1st language Afrikaans
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Envisage - hugely beneficial
Good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Own reliable transport
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work from 7h00am to 16h00pm
Must have a clear credit record
