We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Financial Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Controls: Assist in maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports in accordance with industry standards and requirements.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and refine financial models to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various finance-related projects, including process improvement initiatives and financial analysis for special projects.

• Certification: Newly qualified CA(SA), with both board exams passed.
• Registration: Registered or eligible to register with SAICA.
• Industry Exposure: Experience in the financial services sector during articles is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, and financial management principles.
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
