SUMMARY:
Established in 2005, our client specializes in the production of premium soft citrus and sub-tropical fruits, including mangos, macadamias, and avocados. Their operations span across various regions in South Africa, including Letsitele, Burgersfort, and Hoedspruit in Limpopo; Nelspruit in Mpumalanga; and Heidelberg, Ashton, Swellendam, and Mossel Bay in the Western Cape, with the Head Office located in Letsitele.
This geographical diversification enables the client to extend their fruit-packing season while mitigating the risks associated with area-specific climatic events. In addition, substantial investments in water infrastructure and netting systems enhance the client’s ability to supply premium products consistently, positioning them as a preferred supplier for select global retailers.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3 years post-article experience.
• Professional qualification and completed articles (CA/CIMA/PA) will be beneficial.
• Proven experience in financial management.

• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial experience
• Worked on new start ups and existing business
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
